To support the submission of regulatory information, Energy Efficient Reporting (EER) templates for the following products and equipment are now available in collaboration with Open Government.
Dealers are required to use the product-specific Energy Efficiency Report (EER) templates to report regulated energy-using products to Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) prior to their first import. Completed EER templates must be submitted electronically to NRCan through the Compliance Regulatory Energy Efficiency Database.
