Energy Efficiency Regulations
Technical bulletins
Technical bulletins are posted below to provide details and gather feedback for the energy-using products considered for future amendments to the Energy Efficiency Regulations. However, bulletins are not provided for products undergoing administrative changes, aimed at maintaining previously established policy and avoiding potential trade impacts, and when the considered changes do not impact Canadians or regulated parties.
Please note that bulletins reflect the policy as of their date of publication, and that there are often changes based on input received from stakeholders or information gathered through market studies. If a product listed below moves forward into an amendment, the amendment will be published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, as described in the forward regulatory plan.
