For the third year in a row, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is leading Canada’s official business delegation to Rebuild Ukraine. Along with Global Affairs Canada, the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, and the Canadian embassies to Ukraine and Poland, NRCan is seeking Canadian businesses to join the 2025 delegation and provide expertise to meaningfully contribute to Ukraine’s recovery.
Taking place from November 13-14, 2025, this high-impact event provides an opportunity for Canadian companies to connect directly with key decision-makers driving Ukraine’s reconstruction and to be at the forefront of one of the most urgent and promising rebuilding efforts in Europe.

- Construction and infrastructure
- Water and wastewater systems
- Critical materials
Participation in the Canadian delegation provides:
- First-hand access to a rapidly expanding market
- Use of the Canada pavilion, with tailored B2B program and meeting space
- Support from Team Canada, including a pre-departure webinar and on-site guidance
- Inclusion in Canada’s promotional materials
- Opportunities to forge partnerships with Ukrainian officials from the national and oblast (provincial) levels, international financial institutions and from communities that are directly responsible for tenders for reconstruction projects

Cost: CAD $1,000 per organization (travel and hotel costs not included)
Registration: Register before September 19, 2025. All applications will be subject to a screening process to assess eligibility and suitability for this trade mission. Spaces are limited.
