The 2025 Cleantech Industry Survey was conducted by Natural Resources Canada to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by Canadian cleantech companies. This targeted survey was distributed to 2039 pure-play cleantech firms identified through the Clean Technology Data Strategy. The online survey was administered between February 3, 2025 to March 28, 2025, using a combination of email outreach, newsletters, and social media promotion. A total of 611 unique responses were received from pure-play cleantech companies across Canada.
