Erratum
After the tabling in Parliament and online publication of NRCan’s 2023-24 Departmental Plan, it was determined that there was an error in the Planned results table for Core Responsibility: Globally Competitive Natural Resource Sectors.
For the indicator “Increase in value of assets abroad owned by Canadian natural resource companies”, the 2020-21 actual result was corrected to $240 billion.
For the same indicator, 2021-22 actual result was corrected to “Not available“ because the data will only be available in the second half of 2023 after the report was published.
